I would just like to know if there are any medication for sleeping disorders and if you could list some of them? I get about 2 hours of sleep nightly. I do have sleep apnea and I am 59 years old.
I gracioulsy ask you for a list of sleeping medications,and not Ambien, or Lunesta–they DO NOT HELP. My symptoms are: chronic anxiety, chronic depression chronic scrupulosity, and opbsessions-compulsions. I have sem a psychiatrist for 10 years and has been a WASTE of time.

Hi, have you ever tried Nortriptyline, my doctor gave it to me a while back for headaches and I remember that I used to sleep like a baby on it. It may be categorized as a sedative though and I know that if you have sleep apnea you should not take sedatives. If you are not diagnosed, you should...I did.
