any advice welcomefor the past six months or so i have developed a sleep disorder which occurs periodically and ivolves me slowly sliding my feet up the bed causing my knees to raise, once i cannot raise them anymore i suddenly straighten them and then repeat the process for a period of several hours.this results in me feeling tired having leg ache and an annoyed partner the next day.If anyone knows why i do this or any treatment i would be most grateful.
Re: any advice welcomeI am not sure what this is but you should consider an evaluation by a sleep physician. It simply could be periodic limb movements but it does not sound typical of that. There are many other possibilities.
