Could my strange symptoms be apnea

Post a new topicby Guest on Tue Mar 18, 2003 9:02 pm

This usually happens in the morning, but has occured in the evenings too. I can feel it starting but can't stop it. It feels like my brain is working but my body won't respond. Some times my body tingles. I feel very weak afterwards. I do snore, I am tired all of the time, I sweat at night, my legs crawl, morning headaches. I feel like I'm in a dream state at times. I fall asleep at work with my eyes open while people are talking to me. Could I be doing this while driving and the tingling is my body waking up? My doctor thinks I'm nuts, and thinks I may be having TIAs. I do have a goiter on my throid gland and have had surgery on my neck. I have had my oxygen levels drop at night while I was in the hospital.
