Thanks for the first step for help advice. Now that you've suggested that I go for an evaluation what is involved eith this evaluation. My symtoms range from extremely loud snoring and I stop breathing while I sleep.

A physician or their assistant will do a full physical examination and determine if you need a sleep study or other treatment.
