Fight Health Classification
Diagnosed OSA, diligently treating each night with CPAP (7 years) and working well. No medication. Recently changed policies within same insurer (Anthem). Noticed my rating is "3" out of "4" (1 is excellent health). Why am I penalized for treating a condition that over 18 million people have and most are not treating this at all. Is there no validation for being responsible anymore?! Have any of you successfully argued for a better rate classification with your insurer? What strategy did you use in your argument? Thanks.
