ANy suggestions about what to do when flying to New Zealand and not being able to use my CPAP?

Get a battery pack and suck up the nerve to use the machine, or inflict your snoring on the other passengers. That is a 18 hour flight from the U.S. west coast, and crosses the date line. Apnea or not, you'll have jet lag. I suspect you have survived without therapy before. Its uncomfortable, but survivable. BTW, don't fly coach.
