My wife is unable to sleep in same room with my BiPap unit.

Are there any other light sleepers who have found a way to overcome the noise from the BiPap unit?

Where is your bipap unit? On a bed-side table?

If so, have you tried putting it on or close to the floor in order to allow your bed to block some of the noise? (Just try to keep the area near the air intake as dust-free as possible, and clear the filter(s) frequently.)

I'm going to guess that the noise is at alternating frequencies for inhalation and exhalation. Have you tried a white noise generator (near her) to help cover with a more constant noise?
