Sleep Apnea

I have used my RemStar machine for the past three weeks. I have the nasal pad. My pressure is set at 12. The first two nights were great and then the next four I had nasal congestion and my ears hurt. I was unable to use my machine those four nights. I have continued to use the machine every night since. But still have nasal congestion, not as servere, but still bothersome. The past couple of days I have been sleepy and feel as if I could sleep all day and all night long. I have turned the humidifier down from 2 to 1. What should I do to stop this nasal congestion, ear pain, and sometimes headache?
