OSA

Dear. Dr.

I've been expirecing OSA. I've been going to bed at 9 p.m and waking up at 6 a.m and I feel I haven't slept at all. At night I wake up suddenly because I feel like I'm falling from a cliff. Then the next morning I'm so sleepy that I have a headache, sharp eye pains, stuffy head and ears. My speech always starts to go. What can I do? Should I go to the doctor?

I would see your doctor. The falling from the cliff sounds like hypnic jerks. Sleep apnea can be treated very effectively. You might have asinus headache or other problem causing the stuffy head and ears, that usually is not a symptom of sleep apnea, the headache could be.
