My name is Alysia Castillo and I am a student at Capt. John L. Chapin High School currently enrolled in senior year Design and Development class for the pre-engineering magnet program. I am currently working on modifying a CPAP mask for those who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. If you could please take a moment of your time to answer the following questions, I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
Sleeping Partner Survey
1. Would you say your spouses’ CPAP machine has improved his/her sleeping habits?

2. Does the CPAP mask cause discomfort for YOU as the sleeping partner (e.g. mask against you, makes your partner grunt in discomfort, etc)?

3. Have you noticed behavioral changes in your spouse since receiving the CPAP?

4. How many facial masks have you bought since your spouse has received the CPAP?

5. Would you say the CPAP has relieved any form of psychological tendencies (e.g. stress, depression anxiety, etc)?
