Sleep Apnea AND Narcalepsy

I'm new to my diagnosis of both Sleep Apnea and Narcalepsy. Could anyone please suggest the best treatment for both? I started the ResMed CPAP machine and a stimulant (that I get along well with) Modafiil but need advice on what antidepressants that I should add for the other symptoms of the Narcalepsy. I've read that imipramine is good and also the SSRIs are best for cataplexy.
All information will be greatly appreciated!
