I am doing research into the usefulness of some sleep questionnaires for the University of Kent, working with the Salvation Army Social Services. We really need people with diagnosed sleep disorders to volunteer to fill in a couple of simple questionnaires about their experience of sleep disorders. We would really appreciate it if you would be willing to volunteer to do this and help further the understanding of sleep and how to improve disorders.
