I keep having a strange "sensation / experience" when trying to get to sleep. I am currently undergoing tests to determine whether i am suffering with OSA. Whenever I attempt to get to sleep i frequently experience what i can only call "the papparazzi effect", when my eyes close i get flashes as if i was watching a massive photoshoot from multiple cameras, just like a papparazzi shoot. Anyone else experience this?

I experience this too. Not necessarily when I'm going to sleep but sometimes when I lie down and close my eyes, It feels like someone is flashing a strobe light in front of my eyelids.
