Sleep Disorders

New to the Forum. With somewhere over 18 million people with sleep disorders, most of whom are either not diagnosed or not actively treating their condition, I feel incredibly discriminated against by Anthem. I am diligently using CPAP every night because it assures me of better overall health, yet I am rated a "3" of a possible "4" ("1" being best health profile). Why am I rated so poorly when I am absolutely taking the best care of myself that I can. Have any of you successfully argued with your insurance carriers to upgrade your classification? What were your tactics?
