It's 12:30 and I've just been kicked out of bed...AGAIN! i was in what I would call a half awake sleep. I jerked really hard with my legs, (was dreaming i tripped), then a pretty violent shudder jerk with the upper torso/arms which got me kicked out of bed. I'm 35 yr. old guy and i've taken a "ambien" to help with sleeping problems. Anybody got ideas?

No ideas but experiencing the same. Usually as I am dozing off, I will jerk. Sometimes it is an arm or a leg or a whole body kind of jerk. I am on antidepressants and think it started after the medication.
