Hi there. i've bought every snore reliefe possible for starters.
My boyfriend has always snored pretty loud and gasped in his sleep. it's like he holds his breath for ever sometimes. theres times i just wanna shake him so he does breathe. his father has sleep apnea and i know it could be why. but he wont get it checked out. he wont even set up an appointment. Now he's been talking in his sleep, opening his eyes, even sitting up opening the door and then just going back to sleep! He's always been so hard to wake up. sleeping through alarms, even fire detectors, people screaming. i've never had a problem adjusting. Having to start waking him up an hour before he must go to work. But i'm now 6 months preg. and i'm honestly exhausted. i cant sleep in the same room with him and i cant make sure he's up everynight for work
someone with some ideas please share them. i just dont know what to do.
