Sleeping when I shouldntI have the worst time staying awake during the day when I really need to. I find myself getting really sleep when I am behind the wheel of a car, bored at work, sitting down for any extended period of time, and especially after I eat. I am in pretty good shape and I get between 6 and 8 hours of sleep a night. I went to a sleep specialist and of course he said that he wanted to do a sleep study which is going to cost me too much money. My schedule isnt set until Jan. 2nd, so what i was wondering if anybody in the meantime had any suggestions.
