sleepless nights

Post a new topicby nosleepatall on Thu Aug 23, 2007 9:30 pm

I have unable to fall asleep on my own for the past 13 years and in the process of this struggle I have ingested mass quantities of tylenol pm to the put my liver is on the brink of destruction. I have tried ambiem, ambiem cr, lunesta, risperdol, trazadone, cyclobenzoprine, chloral hydrate, you name it I took it. I am contacting my doctor every week seeking a solution but to no avail. I will take the tylenol at the time I would like to go to bed and by the time that dosage has begun to make me drowsy I take more to go to sleep. I sometimed take too much and in the middle of the night I am rushing to the bathroom the puke it all up from the toxic levels I guess that is in my system. I am in desperate need of help, any suggestions?

You might try Advil PM so you can stop ingesting the Tylenol. Advil may have effects on your stomach and kidneys. Check with your doctor.
