I am a new and young sales manager managing a sales department of 6 person. I am stressful for the job as this is the first time i really deal with people management. Now my problem is i alway awake at the middle of night though I can sleep early as I felt tired and sleep easily. It sounds like you got insomnia because of stress. You might try posting this in the insomnia forum. You are in a very new, stressful situation and it's no wonder that it's still in your head at night. You could try writing down all your worries, thoughts and feelings about the day before you go to sleep or maybe when you wake up and can't get back to sleep. There's also relaxation, you could google for various meditations. Meditainment.com has some relaxation and sleep mp3 meditations you can download and listen to. You could also try concentrating on your breathing and progressively relaxing your body. There's a lot you could do, but maybe start with writing it down, to get it out of your head and then maybe it'll be easier to go to sleep.
