Re: Causes, SafetyI like the article you've created on sleepwalking so far. Yet, it would be useful to mention, when talking about night terrors, that those who experience it usually grow out of it and don't have any recollection of it (such as myself). However, my uncle, who used to sleepwalk and have night terrors as a child, says that the only night terror he remembers is the one from which he was awaken by family, proving to be a mistake. My mother learned from this, and thus I have no recollection of presumably otherwise traumatic night terrors. It's very hard on the parents to just stand and watch their horrified child and not intervene, but it ensures that their child has no recollection of that horror. An adult can presumably cope with it better than a young child.
