Sleepwalking

I am 26 years old and I have never sleepwalked before. I work 2 midnight shifts and 3 day shifts a week.
The other day my boyfriend was home from work and when I awoke he asked me why I kept getting up. I was confused by the question, so I asked what he was talking about. He said that about 1 hour earlier I had walked upstairs(our bedroom is in the basement), stood and stared at him for about 20 seconds, and then turned around and went back downstairs.
