My "sleepwalking" episodes are usually because I think that there are children in danger. I have stood in the bed swatting at the ceiling fan thinking there was a child up there. I have gotten up to move the tv off of the dresser thinking there was a child trapped under it. Sometimes I will jump out of bed and run down the hall to check on my children. These instances usually wake up my husband and he will ask me what I am doing. I get embarrassed and get mad at him and make something up. Sometimes I wake up en route and try to play it off. So am I a sleepwalker? I know I had a couple episodes in college that I didn't recall the next day.
