help me.My boyfriend sleep walks almost every night, and he urinates when he sleep walks, sometimes on the bed. He actually gets up turns round and urinates. Its becomming a big problem now, and last night he actually picked a t.v. up and dropped it, then i found him sitting on the window ledge in our bedroom! Its not such a problem to him, as obviously he doesnt know what hes doing, but I'm suffering from broken sleep every night with it. Can someone pease help us??
Re: help me.sleepwalking is normal but generally it is important to seek help when it can be dangerous. Some things that can make sleep walking worse is disrupted sleep or sleep deprivation. some common things that can do this include caffeine, alcohol and bad sleep habits.

Re: Re: help me.That doesn't really help me to understand why he urinates while he sleepwalks. I've never heard of this behaviour before. Is it common?

Re: Re: Re: help me.it is not common but does occur in some sleepwalkers. again, an evaluation by a physician is a good place to start to help this problem.
