Hi all. I have lived alone for 12 years now and had no idea I was a sleepwalker until recently. My little brother used to sleepwalk so I have the family history. Last week one morning I went into the kitchen and realized that during the night I had.....all my spices out and put some coffee in a large bowl. What concoction I was making is beyond me, hahaha! I have done some research and figured out that a large amount of stress at the time, (and I also had the flu with a fever) will cause an episode. Any safety advice is very welcome, I live alone and no one to watch me. God bless
