In the first link you posted, "insomnia-7 mistakes". I tested them a bit . I know how to answer ALL the questions in their test so that at the end it should say, congratulations you don't have a sleep problem. Interesting I still got took to the stuff they were selling. You cannot get the results from their test until you enter your email address, (I tried dummy@....com but it wouldn't take that) haha So I gave them my hot mail account addy and I am being spammed now. Bottom line.....you have to keep in mind that they are selling something. I am not saying their product is bad, but saying that they are pretty good at getting people's email addy that is for sure.
