I have always had this ""sleepwalking"" problem but today through your webpage I have put a name to this thing..RBD. I am 40 years old and have always acted out my sleep very soon after sleeping. Can you tell me what medication is available since I am afraid of hurting my partner whenasleep. I usually act my sleep every day.

the usual medication is Klonopin but others also work. You should consider seeing a sleep specialist about this.
