Does anybody ever worry they've been sleepwalking outside? I had a weird dream a few weeks back after my hubby had left the house in the morning that I was outside and there were people coming over looking shocked and i was just laughing. I dreamt a car went past and the driver was staring. I woke up in bed relieved as i had no clothes on and was glad I wasn't really outside in the broad daylight. Didn't think too much of it until recently when my husband joked I'd been sleepwalking when i'd got up to let the dog out in the night as it hadn't woken him up. Now I can't stop worrying I really was outside. Have tried to look at it logically in that no neighbours have mentioned anything, my feet might have been sore and I'd probably have woken up if I was outside in the daylight, but as I've never sleepwalked before I've no idea of what's possible and now I'm thinking allsorts and getting panicky! is it even possible to dream when sleepwalking? I'd looked up sleepwalking to put my mind at rest but if anything it's made it worse!
