Sleepwalking

Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Jun 10, 2001 8:17 pm

When I'm sleepwalking are my eyes open or closed?
When sleepwalking I almost always raid the refrigerator. Is there any specific reason for this particular activity?
Information: I have peripheral neuropathy (from flu shot in 1997). Could this be one of the reason for the sleepwalking?
I also have RLS(not PLMD). The RLS started just after the PN set in.
The sleepwalking problem has been going on for aboutfour weeks with sleepwalking having occurred four times during that period of time--so this is new to me.
I'm an 82 year old male and on a heavy prescription program for breathing, heart and PN. Would information be helpful in zeroing in on the sleepwalking?

Eyes are usually open.

Eating during sleep walking is not uncommon. It is called nocturnal eating syndrome.
