terrors and sleepwalkingim a 22F and iv been a frequent sleep walker since childhood, it never really bothered me and often was the butt of jokes within the family. Iv been with my boyfriend 4 years and for the last 2 years my sleep with him has been gradually getting worse. I often sit bolt right up in bed, or do random things like turn the duvet becuase 'its on wrong'. I an remember doing it at the time..but the next morning I have no memory of doing it. It seemed so logical at the time, but I cant remember it the next morning. He knows I sleepwalk and talk and is used to it, but im beginning to get really bad night terrors, to the point where I jerk alot and often wake up sweating. I always always! have night terrors that im falling, or im being hit directly head on by a car. As a result of this im petrified when im in the car with someone else, for example when my boyfriend is driving im continually pressing my foot to 'break' for fear he wont.. its driving me crazy. With the health service in U.K it is difficult to see a doctor. I know im under an immese amount of pressure, but I just want this anxiety to go away! This stress of night terrors is making my sleepwalking worse..I need a solution, preferably not pills! any help would be great.
