sleepwalking is a common and usually harmless event. It is worsened by stress and sleep deprivation. Things that can also worsen sleep can worsen this like drinking alcohol or caffeine. Your son's physician should evaluate for any other problems that may be causing this as well. Urinating in the house can happen because the person is asleep and not coherent but it is not very common.
