About 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Herpes simplex 1 Enchefilitis [encephalitis]. After 7 days in hospital, on anti viral drips and medication, I was discharged.
Since then, I have felt even worse. I went back into hospital last week when the neurologist suggested I under go a blood patch. He said that the headaches and very low blood pressure where due to a probable spinal fluid leak caused from my previous lumber puncture.
